Baseline Solutions is a small owner-managed company specialising in the improvement of business processes through Custom Internet Application / Software Development and Human Resource Management Consulting.

Established in 2001 in Johannesburg in South Africa, we’ve been providing custom solutions to clients across South Africa and Europe.  We relocated our business to the beautiful Republic of Ireland in 2017, and now based in Killarney, Co. Kerry, we are expanding our client base.
